Quality Assurance Analyst

Quality Assurance (QA) AnalystWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team! As a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, implementation and monitoring of the quality assurance test cases. Analyst duties and responsibilities:Developing and implementing test plans for product defectsReviewing and approving test resultsDeveloping and tracking test metricsHelping maintain the quality of productsWorking closely with the product team on the design and development of new featuresCreating and maintaining documentation and tutorialsImplementing new processes and creating new tools to automate testingRequirements and qualifications:Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related fieldMinimum of 5-8 years of experience in quality controlExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent analytical skillsStrong problem-solving skillsHighly developed attention to detailTechnical Expertise - SQL and PL SQL experience analyzing dataWorking experience in Agile environmentDefect tracking tool such as Remedies, JIRA, Zephyr etc.Perform data analysis and problem identification using Cognos reporting toolEducation - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience/training required.
