HR Implementation Consultant

We are looking for a HR Implementation Consultant to lead the end-to-end implementation of HCM solutions. This role is responsible for configuring HR systems, managing client onboarding, and ensuring successful deployment of payroll, benefits, and workforce management modules. Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle implementations of HCM platforms (e.g., mid-market and enterprise HRIS/payroll systems)
- Conduct client discovery sessions to gather business and system requirements
- Configure system components including:
- Payroll
- Benefits
- Time & Attendance
- HR/Employee data
- Perform data mapping, file feed setup, and system integrations
- Manage parallel testing, validation, and issue resolution
- Support go-live activities and ensure a smooth transition to production
- Provide post-go-live stabilization support and client handoff
- Serve as the primary client-facing contact throughout implementation
- Manage multiple implementations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- 3 years of HCM / HRIS implementation experience
- Proven experience configuring HR/payroll systems (not just using them)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Payroll processing and tax setup
- Benefits administration
- Time & Attendance systems
- Experience managing multiple concurrent implementations
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration
- Experience implementing leading HCM/payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, UKG, Paychex, or similar)
- Background working within a consulting, vendor, or implementation partner environment
- Familiarity with data integration tools, APIs, or file feeds
- Experience working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
