If you're driven by precision, safety, and thought leadership, this is a team you'll want to join.Why This Role Stands OutMake an Immediate Impact: Lead key studies that shape power system safety and reliability.Mentor & Inspire: Guide a team of junior engineers and influence technical excellence.Client-Facing Influence: Collaborate directly with major clients to define and deliver best-in-class solutions.Technical Ownership: Drive power systems analysis using industry-leading software and standards.What You'll Be DoingLead and manage complex power systems studies, including:Arc Flash Hazard Analysis (NFPA 70E)Short Circuit & Load Flow StudiesProtective Device CoordinationReview, validate, and finalize models, results, and technical reports.Serve as a client liaison for project scope, timelines, and deliverables.Mentor and coach junior engineers through technical challenges and project execution.Ensure all studies comply with IEEE, NEC, NFPA, and internal QA/QC standards.Support system commissioning and provide field-based technical guidance.Conduct or contribute to internal and external training sessions.Key QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (required)Licensed PE in Texas or ability to obtain via reciprocity (required)8+ years of direct experience in power system analysis and designProficiency with one or more of the following: ETAP, SKM PowerTools, EasyPowerStrong working knowledge of NFPA 70E, IEEE 1584, and NECDemonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage in a technical settingEffective communicator with clients, internal teams, and field personnelPreferred ExperienceMaster's Degree in Electrical EngineeringNETA affiliation or exposure to NETA testing standardsFamiliarity with industrial, utility, and mission-critical infrastructure environmentsExperience conducting QA/QC reviews and technical trainingCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary, commensurate with experience and licensurePerformance bonuses based on project and personal achievementsFull benefits package: health, dental, vision, life insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and holidaysProfessional development, PE license renewal reimbursementClear career growth trajectory into leadershipApply Through She RecruitsThis is more than a job—it's a long-term career opportunity.
