Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week); 2nd and 3rd shift with some openings on 1st shift. Weekend availability and one double shift per week required.

Earn $28.16/hr as an LPN or $38.67/hr as an RN. Shift Differentials: $3-$5/hr depending on schedule.

Position Details Under the guidance of the Program Director, our nurses play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of individuals with serious mental illness (SMI) within the Extended Acute Care (EAC) setting. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing compassionate, person-centered care in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administering medications and therapeutic treatment orders.
• Training residents in self-administration of medications and monitor and document weight, respiration and blood pressure.
• Leading and co-leading therapeutic groups, completing thorough documentation and progress notes in the electronic medical record.
• Assisting with scheduling medical/dental/vision appointments as needed.
• Completing shift notes documenting on each of the 16 residents.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania RN or LPN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active driver's license required.
• Must be willing to work with adults diagnosed with chronic mental health disorders.
• Experience working with the adult mental health population preferred.
