Our agency opened in 1996 and has grown into a strong team of six who work together to serve our customers and community. Before opening the agency, I worked for State Farm corporate and spent time in three different regional offices, gaining valuable experience that helped shape the way I lead and support our team today. I'm a graduate of Clemson University, where I completed both my undergraduate and master's degrees. Being involved in the community is very important to me, and our agency stays actively connected with local schools and community initiatives. For our team, we offer a strong commission structure for sales roles, performance-based bonuses, paid time off, a health insurance allowance, and reimbursement for licensing costs. We also place a strong emphasis on maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our office culture is collaborative, professional, and growth-oriented. Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ken Rowland - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
