Bilingual Claims Support Associate

We are seeking a motivated and bilingual (Korean/English) professional to join our Claims Operations team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn. No insurance experience is necessary—we provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and the resources you'll need to build a successful career. As a Claims Support Associate, you will help coordinate the claims process, communicate with customers and business partners, review documentation, and assist in bringing claims to resolution while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for Korean- and English-speaking customers throughout the claims process. Assist customers by answering questions, providing updates, and ensuring a positive service experience. Collect, organize, and review claim-related documents to ensure files are complete and accurate. Coordinate with contractors, adjusters, vendors, and internal departments to obtain information needed to process claims. Learn company policies and procedures while assisting with the review of residential property claims. Track claim progress and follow up on outstanding documentation or requests. Enter and maintain accurate information within company systems. Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting established timelines. Collaborate with experienced team members to resolve customer concerns and support efficient claim handling. Continuously develop knowledge of the insurance industry through company-sponsored training. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Fluent in both Korean and English (spoken and written). Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply. No prior insurance or claims experience required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail. Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make sound decisions. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and learning new technology. Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn in a team-oriented environment.
