The freight network is built to keep drivers productive while minimizing unnecessary delays.Regional routes throughout the Southeast and Midwest average around 250 miles per run, helping maintain a steady workday without spending extended periods away from home. Approximately half of the freight is drop and hook, reducing time at customer facilities and allowing you to spend more time driving.Your Truck:Every CDL-A driver is assigned a late-model 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadia with no slip seating. Each truck comes equipped with double bunks, SiriusXM radio, a 24-inch HD television, refrigerator, battery-powered APU, and a 1,500-watt inverter so you have the comfort and convenience needed throughout the workweek.Paid every Friday by direct depositAdditional pay for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition timeMonday through Friday schedule with weekends off for a full 48-hour resetWhat You'll Find on the Road:Dispatch is structured to support productive regional operations while maintaining predictable weekend home time whenever possible.
