This opportunity is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.Job DutiesDevelop and maintain production plans and master production schedules.Release, reschedule, and manage work orders throughout the production cycle.Monitor production requirements and ensure on-time delivery to customers.Analyze material and component availability to support production schedules.Reconcile production and material conflicts and resolve shortages.Manage Work-in-Process (WIP) inventory levels.Coordinate with engineering, quality, purchasing, manufacturing, and materials teams.Evaluate and coordinate engineering change orders (ECOs).Facilitate production, operations, and material status meetings.Troubleshoot production control issues and drive corrective actions.Monitor labor loading and capacity requirements.Interface with customers regarding delivery schedules and production issues as needed.Requirements1+ years of production planning and supply chain management experience.Experience in a quick-turn, low-volume, engineer-to-order manufacturing environment preferred.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).CPIM/CIRM certification preferred.Strong production planning and scheduling experience.Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.Ability to read and interpret Engineering Bills of Materials (BOMs).Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Meeting facilitation and cross-functional coordination skills.Strong attention to detail.BenefitsCompetitive Weekly PayComprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind.Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future.Opportunities for Growth through a variety of assignments with leading employers.About UsAt Staffmark, we connect hardworking people with great companies, creating opportunities that make a lasting impact.
