Assembly Team MemberTo perform various tasks including product packaging and assembling fabricated parts to meet production goals.Responsibilities/Duties:Maintain standard 5S expectationsAssemble fabricated parts to meet product specifications and production goalsPrepare and package products for accurate and timely shippingComply with all Quality requirementsFollow all guidelines set forth in work instructionsIdentify and bring to the attention of the Production Supervisor any documentation errorsAdhere to the calibration schedule for all tools used by the teamWork effectively with all departments to exceed internal and external expectationsFocus on continuous Lean Manufacturing improvement and consistently demonstrate good business judgmentAssist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all timesEnsure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to managementWork effectively with all Stealth departments to exceed internal and external expectationsStealth retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary.Required Skills:Must be a team player, detail-oriented, and honestMust have the ability to: multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environmentLift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.Be cross-trained for multiple jobs with assigned work area(s)Work under general supervision and direction from lead person, supervisor and managerRely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsUse a hydraulic lift, small hand tools, small table lifting device and electronic testing equipmentGood verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methodsRequired Experience:This is an entry level position.Preferred Experience:Previous experience using hand tools to assemble or repair productAt least 1 year of experience in a production/manufacturing roleCurrent or previous successful employment experience with Stealth Products (directly, independently or through a third party)Preferred Education:High School Diploma or GEDRequired Qualifications:Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future.Details:Stealth Products is an Equal Opportunity employer.
