Key Responsibilities Bar Operations: Oversee daily bar functions, ensuring high product quality and exceptional guest service. Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage bar staff to deliver top-notch service and maintain a positive work environment. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste and optimize profitability. Guest Service: Engage with guests to enhance their experience and address any concerns promptly. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Requirements Previous experience as a bar manager or similar role in a full-service restaurant or sports bar. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
