LINE COOK — PROCIDA RESTAURANT

Procida Restaurant is looking for a motivated and dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

Our menu is rooted in Southern Italian cuisine , with a strong focus on seasonal ingredients, fresh seafood, handmade pasta, and thoughtful, technique-driven cooking.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, stays organized and clean, and can maintain consistency and attention to detail during a busy service.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred
Strong knife skills and basic cooking fundamentals
Ability to work efficiently during high-volume service
Clean, organized work habits
Dependable and punctual
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Interest in Italian cuisine, seafood, and handmade pasta is a plus

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain your station for service
Execute dishes according to restaurant standards
Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and organization
Assist with daily prep and production
Communicate effectively with chefs and the rest of the kitchen team
Help maintain a professional and respectful kitchen environment

Position: Line Cook
Employment: Full-Time / Part-Time Available
Compensation: $18/hour
