In this role, you will shape regional marketing communications that help customers understand—and choose—solutions that keep their operations running strong, from maintenance and repair to other critical support offerings. You will collaborate across business units and with key partners to turn business priorities into integrated campaigns, compelling content, and measurable impact. **Role Summary:** This is an exciting opportunity to lead the strategy and execution of channel optimization & activation, digital marketing, campaign management, and creative development. We are looking for a proactive, consultative marketer who can move ideas from concept to launch, balance strategy with execution, and continuously improve performance through data-driven insights. **What You'll Do (Job Duties):*** Turn business objectives into integrated marketing communications plans with clear audiences, messaging, channels, timelines, and success metrics.* Develop and execute omnichannel campaigns across paid and non-paid tactics (including web, email, social, search, and digital media) to drive awareness, lead generation, and conversion.* Monitor performance, analyze results, and recommend optimizations that improve effectiveness, efficiency, and overall campaign impact.* Partner cross-functionally with sales, product and aftermarket teams, dealers, digital teams, and agency and creative partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and deliver exceptional work on time and on brand.* Lead content and creative development, including value messaging, campaign assets, and presentations that support customer needs and create a consistent, high-quality customer experience.**What You'll Have (Core Skills):****Customer Focus:** Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those insights into tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and business results. Proven ability to anticipate what customers need, deliver on commitments, and continuously improve the customer experience through feedback and proactive communication. Skilled at advising teams on building customer-centric practices and modeling customer focus as a core organizational priority.**Collaborating:** The ability to work cross-functionally with a wide range of teams, stakeholders, and partners in a constructive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented way. Experience contributing to collaborative processes, helping communicate shared goals across diverse groups, and supporting teamwork that drives business outcomes.**Creativity:** A creative mindset with the ability to challenge conventional approaches and find new ways to solve problems. Comfortable balancing innovation with pragmatism, staying current on industry trends, and encouraging experimentation—even when it means learning from occasional setbacks.**Relationship Management:** Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and peers. Experience providing prompt, effective responses to stakeholder needs, monitoring satisfaction, and working proactively to address issues and resolve problems before they escalate.**Strategic Thinking:** A solid foundation in big-picture thinking, with the ability to connect day-to-day work to broader business strategy. Understands how competitive positioning drives performance and can articulate how individual contributions support organizational goals.**Promotion and Marketing Communications:** Solid knowledge of promotional and marketing communication techniques, with the ability to select and combine the right channels and tools to reach target audiences effectively. Experience developing marketing communication strategies that promote a clear value proposition, engage audiences, and drive measurable outcomes. Skilled at listening to customer needs and translating insights into compelling messaging and campaigns.**What Will Set You Apart:*** Experience managing paid digital media strategies and optimization across channels such as search, social, and programmatic, including partnership with agencies.* Experience creating dealer- or sales-enablement assets such as toolkits, messaging guides, and presentations that support a dealer or distributor network.* Familiarity with Caterpillar products and services and/or dealer network experience, with aftermarket knowledge considered a strong advantage.* Experience using marketing automation and analytics tools, such as CRM and marketing automation platforms, web analytics, and campaign reporting dashboards, to drive measurable outcomes.* Ability to gather and apply Voice of Customer insights to strengthen messaging and improve the customer journey.**Additional Information*** Up to 30% travel required.* Work location: Peoria, IL or Cary, NC* Domestic relocation assistance is available.* Sponsorship is NOT available for this role.### ### **Summary Pay Range:**$112,710.00 - $169,060.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
