In this role, you will prepare products for shipment by accurately packing, labeling, scanning, and organizing materials according to customer specifications. You will also support daily production schedules, maintain quality and safety standards, and operate forklifts to move materials and replenish workstations as needed./ph3Job Responsibilities/h3ulliProcess orders for customers in an efficient manner./liliProcess orders via Scan and Scale Verification methods on a computer./liliInspect products for defects or damage before and after packing to ensure they meet quality standards./liliRepack OEM material into plastic and corrugated totes to prep for shipment./liliWarehouses materials according to the policy described and assist in the maintenance of FIFO stock rotation./liliReplenish repack stations with stock using the forklifts./liliLoad and unload freight trucks./liliMaintain a safe, clean, organized work environment./liliRework projects as needed./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or G.E.D./lili1 to 3 years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience./liliExperience with the operation of high lift, forklift, Ride-Along lift/liliAbility to work collaboratively and support cross-functional teams./liliDemonstrates strong attention to cleanliness and organization in the work area./liliAble to work independently, be dependable and adapt to changes in systems and procedures./liliDemonstrates initiative and accountability./liliFlexibility to work overtime, evenings, or weekends as business needs require./li/ulpPay rate is $19 - $21 an hour depending on experience./ppITW is an equal opportunity employer.
