We’re currently hiring a Behavior Technician who is ready to bring energy, patience, and heart to their work. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high quality ABA therapy to children and families. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions as a Behavior Technician in home and center settings Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA as a Behavior Technician Track progress and collect session data accurately during ABA therapy sessions Use positive, evidence-based strategies as a Behavior Technician to support skill development Partner with families and supervisors to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA therapy Why This Behavior Technician Role Stands Out Paid, hands-on training.
