Benefits 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Training & development SERVPRO® of Wichita Falls – Cleaner and Content Packer Position Summary: As a Cleaner and Content Packer, you will play a vital role after water or fire damage. You will inventory customer belongings, pack and tag items for transport, and clean the contents or the property to ensure a positive customer experience. Primary Responsibilities Evaluate and inventory contents. Document content inventory within the structure. Work with team members involved with content inventory. Document all non‑salvageable contents within the project. Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided for the day. Manage consumable usage on assigned projects. Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly. Position Requirements Demonstrated ability to manage and work with other people. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Intermediate problem‑solving skills. Detail oriented in all documentation of contents. Intermediate organizational skills. Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred. Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics). Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods. Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects. Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals. Ability to travel locally when necessary. Successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law. Pay Rate Starts at $15–$17 per hour, with possibility of overtime and merit‑based increases. Additional Benefits 401K – PaychexFlex plan with up to 4% match after 90 days. Paid vacation – 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 5 years, 3 weeks after 7 years.
