MANAGEMENT ANALYST

DutiesServes as analyst, conducting organizational and process related statistical analysis affecting enlisted recruiting acquisitions for the entire Air Force.Serves as analyst; reviews and evaluates classification process using a wide variety of tools, questionnaires, systems, etc. to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiter pre-accession computerized trainee skills screening and classification testing processes.Routinely produces quarterly, monthly, and weekly trainee assessment reports to be used by Air Staff/AETC HQ/2 AF to adjust the annual accession plan to meet USAF end strength manning.Advises and makes recommendations to HQ 2 AF, HQ AETC, and HQ Air Staff on placement of trainees in prescribed courses in compliance with annual Enlisted Initial Skills (EIS) Rack and Stack Guidance.
