Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Massachusetts. This opportunity offers a consistent night schedule, competitive weekly compensation, and the chance to work with advanced respiratory care equipment in an acute care setting.

Position Details

• Start Date: September 14, 2026
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Schedule: 5 Night Shifts Per Week
• Shift Hours: 10:45 PM 7:15 AM
• 40 Hours Per Week
• Adult Patient Population
• Charting System: EPIC
• Free Parking
• Client Interview Required

Compensation

• Travel Pay Package: Up to $2,594/Week

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions
• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and interventions
• Manage ventilators and respiratory support equipment
• Perform patient assessments and monitor treatment effectiveness
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License
• Minimum 1 Year of Acute Care Respiratory Therapy Experience
• BLS Certification Preferred
• Experience with:
  • 840 Ventilators
  • V60 BiPAP
  • GEM7000 Blood Gas Analyzers
  • EPIC Charting
• Strong critical thinking and patient care skills
