RoleSummary Seeking a Program Manager with 10–15 years of IT experience and strongexpertise in Managing projects in Market access Revenue management space. Therole involves Managing customer stakeholders and project plan for reportdevelopment/Migrations, Status reporting, mitigating risk and Issues,conducting workshops, and delivering scalable BI solutions aligned withbusiness requirements. Key Responsibilities Project Execution: Lead end-to-end programscope, resources, timelines, and budgets. Manages integrated project plan. Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborateacross IT, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Business units to definerequirements and deliver solutions. Vendor & Budget Oversight: Manage system integrators/vendors and commercial tracking throughout theproject lifecycle. Risk & Issues: Developmitigation strategies and contribute to bring alignment on involved teamand ETA. Required Qualifications Experience: 10+ years in ITProgram/Project Management, specifically with large- analytics programinvolving commercial data. Bachelor's degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, or a related field. Technical: 5+ years of experiencein Market Access Analytics or equivalent programs. Domain Knowledge: Goodunderstanding of pharmaceutical Managed Market Revenue management systems,reporting, data, QA processes and compliance processes.
