HIRING IMMEDIATELY: WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE IN BLOOMINGDALE, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Bloomingdale, Illinois. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $20/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 1st shift schedule: 6:30 am to 3:30 pm
• Located in Bloomingdale, IL

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate an automated saw to cut and prepare materials
• Load raw materials onto production equipment
• Clean and finish materials using a lathe
• Assemble and fabricate steel components using pneumatic air tools
• Load tanks into wooden shipping crates using a pallet stacker and hoist
• Move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Perform additional warehouse and production duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn manufacturing equipment
• Physically capable of lifting, moving, and handling heavy materials throughout the shift
• Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and material handling equipment
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality
• Reliable transportation
