Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Stepdown or PCU role
• Proficient in cardiac monitoring, administering titratable drips, and managing patients requiring advanced respiratory support
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent critical thinking and patient assessment abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with complex health conditions transitioning from intensive care
• Perform comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations of patient status
• Administer medications and manage IV drips according to protocols
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes or emergencies
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to create effective care plans
• Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery processes, and discharge instructions
• Accurately document care, interventions, and responses within the electronic health record

$1,714 - $1,875/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
