Civil Engineer in Land Development A trusted engineering and surveying firm in the San Dimas, CA market with a strong reputation for service excellence and long-term client relationships is seeking a Civil Engineer with land development experience to join their team. This role focuses on site design, subdivisions, and drainage projects with opportunities for professional growth and advancement in a collaborative culture with growth and advancement opportunities. Responsibilities Design and manage land development projects including subdivisions, site layouts, utilities, and drainage systems. Prepare and review civil plans, specifications, and reports. Collaborate with clients, municipalities, and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Qualifications BS in Civil Engineering PE license preferred or EIT/EI on track to PE Experience in civil site/land development projects. Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design tools. Strong communication and project coordination skills.
