Beyond Core Therapy is growing, and we're looking for a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Carl Junction, MO!

WHAT WE OFFER
$24–$29 per hour
10-15 hours per week
Monday–Friday, 1pm-3pm

YOUR ROLE
As an RBT with Beyond Core Therapy, you will
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home and/or school environment
- Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect and accurately document data on client progress
- Work closely with BCBAs, families, and other team members
- Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills
- Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for every child
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required
- Active RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of the 40-hour RBT training (if applicable)
- Valid CPR & First Aid certification
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
Experience working with children or in ABA is a plus — but we're also interested in RBTs who are motivated to learn and grow!
