Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Burlington, Wisconsin. This position involves providing surgical nursing care in a small community hospital with four operating rooms. The role includes circulating and scrubbing on a variety of cases across specialties such as gynecology, general surgery, ENT, urology, orthopedics, podiatry, and vascular surgery. The position supports a weekend rotation with on-call responsibilities every fourth weekend and a schedule of dayshift hours.

Job Details:

• Location: Burlington, WI
• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/10/2026
• Required Qualifications: RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications, 2 years of experience, ability to scrub and circulate in surgical settings, proficiency with EPIC electronic charting, Pyxis medication system, and Alaris pumps.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an operating room with diverse case types across multiple specialties.
• Float: Float rotation may be required in Southern Lakes and Burlington Hospital.
• Orientation: 1 day of orientation.
• Additional Information: Scrub color will be provided. Parking is free.
• Notes: The position is for a first-time traveler, with a team that primarily circulates, and some RN scrub roles acting as surgical tech or retraction staff. Can we approve time off? No.
