Customer Service Associate I

Duties Assist customers with questions and recommendations Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register Maintain security of cash and protect company assets Keep store well-stocked and recover merchandise Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment per productivity standards Ensure a positive, safe, respectful environment while maintaining professional, friendly interactions with customers, associates, leaders Maintain cleanliness throughout store: cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping/mopping floors, taking out trash, ensuring neatness Other duties as assigned Skills and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, drug store environment highly preferred Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required Must be able to lift between 30-50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, repetitive lifting Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required Strong organizational and communication skills required Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required Perks and Benefits Medical, pharmacy, dental, vision insurance Employee Assistance Program Retirement plans Educational assistance And other benefits Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer and committed to recruiting, hiring, training, and promoting qualified people of all backgrounds, and make all employment decisions without regard to any protected status.
