SAGE Counseling is actively looking for a Full-Time Lead Assessment Clinician to conduct assessments, diagnosing, and complete intakes for new clients. The Lead position will also assist with reviewing and approving completed assessments. This role requires a Behavioral Health License (LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW).

Where will you work?:

Assessment Clinicians have the opportunity to work from home; but must reside in Arizona. All equipment needed for this position is provided. We are looking for Assessors in the Phx Metro area !! - Including West Valley, East Valley, and Central Phoenix areas!

When will you work?:

Full-Time, Monday through Friday.

What do Clinicians do?:

• Conduct assessments

• Diagnosing

• Complete intakes for new clients

Pay :

Up to $70,000/year, depending on licensure and experience.

Qualifications:

• Required : Minimum of a master’s degree in a behavioral health related field
• Required : Behavioral Health License (LPC, LAC, LCSW, or LMSW)
• Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and diagnosing required
• Behavioral Health Licensure a plus, but not required
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
