Security Receptionist / Concierge Officer

Security Receptionist / Concierge Officer Join to apply for the Security Receptionist / Concierge Officer role at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. Position Overview This is an entry-level, full-time position in the security and investigations industry, based in Brookline, MA. The role involves maintaining a safe environment by monitoring premises, controlling access, and providing customer service to clients and visitors. Responsibilities Maintain visibility and monitor the premises Control access for personnel and visitors Enforce site regulations and directives Provide customer service and information to clients and visitors Qualifications Customer service experience preferred; hospitality or retail background is a plus Positive attitude and outgoing personality No prior customer service experience?
