Key Details Start Date: 06/22/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (40 hours per week) Pay Rate: $2,165.00 – $2,231.00 per week License: Active Physical Therapist license required Responsibilities Provide comprehensive rehabilitation services tailored to individual patient needs. Maintain accurate patient records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members. Develop and implement treatment plans to maximize recovery outcomes. Manage an appropriately sized patient caseload for personalized care. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (Active license required). In‑service experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Minimum 1 reference from full work history. Capability to work 8‑hour shifts and complete a 13‑week assignment.
