We are a locally owned and operated therapy provider seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Provide one-on-one, patient-centered care focused on achieving optimal functional outcomes
• Document patient progress in accordance with regulatory and company standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture
