Top Tree Care, Inc. is looking for a motivated, professional Sales Representative to join our team. You show up, build trust with customers, prepare professional estimates, and close the sale.Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission

• Company-scheduled leads (no cold calling)
• Opportunity to travel for hurricane and tornado disaster response projects
Responsibilities
• Meet with homeowners and commercial clients at scheduled appointments
• Evaluate tree care needs and recommend appropriate services
• Prepare accurate, professional estimates
• Build rapport with customers and confidently close sales
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company with integrity
• Communicate with office staff to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Travel to storm response and disaster relief projects when needed
Qualifications
• Previous sales experience preferred (tree care, landscaping, construction, or home services is a plus)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills for preparing customer estimates
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods during hurricane and tornado disaster deployments
