Portfolio Community (HOA) Manager

Responsibilities Daily operations of Homeowner Associations and Office Condominiums. Act as the primary contact between the Board of Directors and members of the Association. Provide strong leadership and support on behalf of the Board of Directors. Build relationships through engagement with the members of the Association. Review and understand documents of the Association. Troubleshoot and navigate projects at the direction of the Board of Directors. Effectively work with others to achieve common goals through communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. Coordinate and attend routine board meetings, including creating and circulating the agenda and board packet. Board meetings are primarily virtual. Support, facilitate, and implement community operations as outlined in the Association’s legal documents to achieve the objectives of the Board of Directors. Broker, facilitate and secure contracts and proposals for consideration by the board members. Read and understand financial statements. Compile data and provide an annual draft budget to the board members. Amenity operations to ensure the amenity center is run efficiently and promoting client satisfaction. Compensation and Benefits Full time management position Total compensation and benefits package ranges from $80-$100K depending on industry credentials and previous job experience.
