Mechanical And Electrical AssemblerThis role focuses on the mechanical and electrical assembly of motors, gearboxes, pumps, and related components by accurately reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings. You will use a variety of hand and power tools, perform wiring and connections for electrical components, and ensure all assembled units meet quality standards through inspections and testing.ResponsibilitiesRead, interpret, and work from blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies.Perform mechanical assembly of motors, gearboxes, pumps, brackets, panels, and related industrial components.Carry out electronic and electrical assembly tasks, including wiring and connecting electrical components.Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to assemble and adjust components accurately.Identify and understand electric motor parts and their functions to ensure proper assembly and operation.Conduct quality inspections and functional testing on assembled units to verify performance and compliance with specifications.Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of assembly issues, making adjustments or replacements as needed.Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures when using hand and power tools.Collaborate with team members and follow work instructions to meet production goals in a light industrial environment.Essential SkillsProven ability to read and work from blueprints and electrical schematics.Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly of motors, gearboxes, pumps, brackets, and panels.Knowledge of electric motor parts and their functions.Ability to perform wiring and connect electrical components safely and accurately.Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.Capability to perform basic troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical assembly issues.Comfort working in a light industrial environment with electrical and mechanical equipment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with electronic assembly in an industrial or light manufacturing setting.Familiarity with industrial electrical components and systems.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality inspections and testing.Ability to follow detailed work instructions and technical documentation.Good organizational skills and ability to maintain an orderly work area.Willingness to learn and grow into a longer-term, full-time opportunity.Why Work Here?You join a team that values hands-on technical skills and offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.
