- Set up and fully stock your assigned station before service
- Execute tickets efficiently while maintaining food quality standards
- Monitor cook times and ticket flow to keep service running smoothly
- Ensure proper food holding temperatures and full food safety compliance
- Maintain a clean, organized station throughout your shift and complete thorough breakdown at close
- Communicate inventory or prep needs to the Kitchen Manager
- Collaborate closely with Expo and Front of House to ensure seamless service
- 1+ year of line cook experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- A solid understanding of food safety standards
- The ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills and a sense of urgency
- A team-first mindset with clear, professional communication
- The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
