Physician - Anesthesiology

Job Details:

• Provide anesthesiology services including medical direction and CRNA supervision
• Infrequent call coverage required
• May be required to work at other facilities as needed
• Active Ohio medical license required
• Board certification required
• ACLS and PALS certifications required
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days, with potential for expedited credentialing
• Administer general anesthesia for adult, pediatric, neonatal, and trauma patients
• Perform spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia
• Manage obstetrical and neurosurgical anesthesia cases including head and spine
• Handle thoracic cases and complex vascular cases
• Provide anesthesia for complex orthopedic cases
• Apply pain management techniques including post-op epidural and post-op extremity blocks
• Perform epidural steroid injections for lumbar and cervical regions
• Perform transforaminal injections for lumbar and cervical regions
• Utilize x-ray guidance in performance of blocks
• Manage ventilation and evaluate and manage acute volume and blood pressure issues
• Perform central line, arterial line, and PA catheter placement
