Daily Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule truck deliveries and pickups Communicate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries Track shipments and update customers on delivery status Manage driver schedules and routes Ensure compliance with transportation regulations Required Skills: Showing up to Work On-Time Daily Upbeat personality on the phone along with high professionalism Positive and willing to work well with others in a group setting. Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn and be trainable at the position if less experienced. Nice to Have Skills: Phone Experience with Customer Service background Experience with transportation management systems Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $44,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), vacation leave, and holiday pay.
