The laboratory department is equipped with modern technology and provides Cytotechnologists the opportunity to work closely with experienced pathologists and healthcare teams on a wide variety of cases.

Responsibilities:

• Screen and evaluate gynecologic and non-gynecologic cytology specimens
• Identify abnormal cellular changes and assist in diagnostic interpretation
• Work closely with pathologists to ensure accurate and timely results
• Maintain quality assurance and laboratory compliance standards
• Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation and equipment
• Document findings and ensure proper specimen handling procedures

Job Requirements:

• CT (ASCP) certification required or eligibility preferred
• Previous cytology experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Knowledge of laboratory safety and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a laboratory team
