Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for overseeing inventory, shipping and receiving, warehouse personnel, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience managing warehouse teams, maintaining inventory accuracy, and driving continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling.
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse employees while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, receiving documentation, and ERP system transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, GMPs, food safety, PPE, and sanitation requirements.
• Develop and improve warehouse procedures to increase efficiency and support operational goals.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely movement of materials and products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of warehouse or logistics management experience.
• Previous forklift experience required.
• Experience with employee coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Working knowledge of SAP or another ERP system.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Employment Type & Compensation

• Full-Time | Direct Hire
• Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience
• Application Period: This position will remain open until filled

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
