The facility maintains the clinical infrastructure necessary to support a procedural-focused radiology department, including both inpatient and outpatient service delivery. On-site operations are structured to accommodate day shift coverage, overnight call, and emergency case management. About the Clinician's Workday The interventional/diagnostic radiologist will provide on-site inpatient and clinic coverage, with day shift hours from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM and overnight call coverage for inpatient consults, outpatient scheduled procedures, and inpatient emergencies. Responsibilities include outpatient clinic visits, inpatient consults, and both inpatient and outpatient procedures such as paracentesis, thoracentesis, biopsies, kyphoplasty, and port placements, with a case distribution of approximately 60% outpatient and 40% inpatient. The clinician will oversee APPs during daytime hours and provide trauma and emergency call coverage as required. Board certification is required for this assignment.
