Senior Test Engineer — TS/SCI Eligible, EW&C

Position Summary MAG Aerospace is seeking a Test Engineer who will develop, execute, and maintain software test architectures and plans in support of Product Lead Strategic Spectrum Warfare.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing team with multiple opportunities for upward advancement supporting EW&C. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Leadanalysis, evaluation, and performance verifications of hardware and software systems under test. Support the development of test plans, test procedures, requirements traceability matrices, test reports, test flow, and test case design and implementation. Lead formal systems acceptance testing activities. Present test strategies, plans, and results to internal and external customers through formal and informal reports and briefings. Produce comprehensive test documentation Software/hardware testing, test environment development, fault analysis, Integrate and test systems to the software/hardware level. Document testing issues and failures and perform analysis of test results. Evaluate new technologies and assess their maturity for implementation. Sustain and maintain test environments for fielded systems. Coordinate support across multiple PEOs and PMs. Other duties may be assigned The ideal candidate will have: Excellent organizational, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills. Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to work in office/field/lab environments Requirements Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility 10 or more years’ experience in test engineering. Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Experienced in engineering aspects of system design and functionality. Experience dissecting system function(s) for application in system test(s). Requires demonstrated engineering skills and capabilities to implement and execute comprehensive system testing. Experience in integrating and testing and analysis of embedded processing systems to the software/hardware level. Experience in communications systems, software languages/software testing, networks, network security, power systems, antennas, RF, and/or mechanical design and analysis. Experience with requirements analysis and verification. Experiencing in developing test strategies, plans, reports, etc. Experience with software testing methodologies and tools. Experience working collaboratively with government personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals. Preferred experience/skills Experience with PEO IEW&S programs and systems. Experience with testing frameworks and applications. Experience with DoDI 5000.89, DoDM 5000.100 and/or Test and Evaluation Enterprise Guidebook. Special Note The position is contingent upon candidate’s ability to meet physical and medical requirements as needed by the position; including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local jurisdictional requirements. This position requires 25% travel to Army and contractor locations within CONUS The salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $180,000 . The projected compensation range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000 (annualized USD).
