Responsibilities Analyze Ford's exposure to labor-related supplier risk by monitoring union activity, collective bargaining agreements, supplier health, and industry labor trends. Develop labor risk assessments and prioritize suppliers based on business impact and disruption potential. Assess supplier business continuity and labor contingency plans to strengthen supply chain resiliency. Lead cross‑functional coordination during labor disruptions, providing risk assessments, executive updates, and mitigation recommendations. Engage with supplier leadership to monitor labor negotiations and validate readiness activities. Support development of digital tools and analytics that improve labor risk visibility and predictive capabilities. Drive continuous improvement of labor resiliency processes and reporting. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Labor Relations, Manufacturing, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Manufacturing Operations, Labor Relations, or Supply Chain Risk Management Experience assessing supplier risk and developing mitigation strategies to support business continuity and supply chain resiliency Knowledge of unionized manufacturing environments, collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), and labor-related supply chain risks Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
