REQUIRED SKILLS: MUST HAVE:

• Strong background in process mapping for the end user with HR technologies
• Background in Human Resources with a transition into a more technical or systems-focused role
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow, particularly the HR module
• Proven ability to write requirements, test solutions, and document processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and functions
