What it Takes to be a Part of the Team Greet every guest warmly and make them feel welcome from the start. Create memorable moments through personalized, attentive service. Maintain outstanding service levels for all guests within the restaurant. Take and process orders quickly and accurately to keep the experience smooth. Stay proactive with restocking, cleaning, and keeping service areas guest ready. Responsibilities A strong knowledge of our ACFP menu so you can confidently guide guests and make recommendations. Understanding of alcohol service laws and responsible serving practice. Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol in your state. Provide attentive, personalized service to all guests, not just those in your section. Take and process orders quickly and accurately using the POS system. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure an exceptional dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section and throughout the dining room. Assist with restocking and running side work during and after your shift. Follow alcohol service laws and always ensure responsible serving. Work as part of a team to uphold Anthony’s high standards and create a great environment for both guests and teammates.
