HVAC Maintenance Technician

Job Details Base Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 / Hour Job Category: HVAC Employee Type: ACA Full Time Role Our HVAC Maintenance Technicians will complete in‑home HVAC maintenance calls and build a positive relationship with the customer. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a five‑star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home. Responsibilities Completes in‑home HVAC maintenance calls. Assist other departments as needed. Establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions, provide the right service, and create that "You're my go-to company" relationship. Always maintain a clean, organized job site and truck. Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events. Qualifications Knowledge of local HVAC codes. Ability to make on‑the‑job decisions. 6 months to 1+ year of HVAC experience. Clean, safe driving record. EPA certification. High school diploma or GED.
