As a newly appointed Store Manager, you will begin your tenure with a comprehensive, hands-on immersion into our business model, systems, and culture. Upon mastering our operational standards, you will take the helm of one of our premier New Hampshire locations, where you will act as the CEO of your showroom - driving profitable growth, developing top-tier sales professionals, and delivering an uncompromising customer experience. Strategic Responsibilities Drive Profitability: Analyze performance metrics and sales data to identify market trends, optimize showroom performance, and capture new revenue opportunities. Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and motivate a high-performing commissioned sales team, fostering a culture where Baron's remains the ultimate place to work and grow. Operational Excellence: Oversee the flawless execution of daily store operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, seamless logistics, and strict adherence to safety and administrative protocols. Premium Brand Merchandising: Maintain an immaculate, highly organized showroom floor that reflects our premium brand standards, ensuring all displays and promotional materials are current and engaging. Elevate the Customer Experience: Model exceptional client relations, resolving complex concerns with agility and ensuring every touchpoint reflects our commitment to excellence. Brand Advocacy: Serve as a distinguished ambassador for Baron’s Major Brands within the community and at all company events, fiercely protecting our reputation and proprietary business strategies. The Profile We Seek Experience: 5+ years of demonstrable success in high-volume retail sales, with at least 2 years in commissioned sales management. Leadership: A proven track record of coaching teams to exceed quotas while maintaining high employee retention. Business Acumen: Highly proficient in retail management software, Google Suite, and interpreting P&L or sales performance reports. Agility: A flexible professional willing to work retail hours (including weekends/holidays) and travel up to 25% across our NH footprint to support district needs. Logistics: Ability to reliably commute to Operations in Bedford, NH, and assigned showroom locations. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but a masterclass in real-world retail leadership is highly valued. The Rewards We invest heavily in our leaders.
