Descripción del puesto
El puesto de Atención al Cliente requiere una persona orientada al servicio y a la satisfacción del cliente, capaz de proporcionar una atención ágil y sin complicaciones, al mismo tiempo que contribuye al crecimiento del negocio mediante la generación de oportunidades comerciales, la venta adicional ( upselling ) y la venta cruzada ( cross-selling ).
La persona deberá tener una gran atención al detalle, mantener unos índices de error mínimos y ser capaz de ofrecer soluciones a consultas y situaciones complejas.
Principales responsabilidades
- Mantener actualizados y correctamente registrados los datos de las cuentas y de los clientes
- Responder a las consultas de los clientes dentro de los plazos establecidos en el SLA y procurar resolver la consulta o incidencia en una única llamada o gestión
- Identificar las necesidades e inquietudes de los clientes y asumir la responsabilidad de su resolución
- Identificar oportunidades para nuevos productos y generar oportunidades comerciales ( leads )
- Colaborar y establecer una red de contactos con los diferentes departamentos internos
- Realizar ventas adicionales ( upselling ) y ventas cruzadas ( cross-selling ) de nuevos productos
- Realizar el seguimiento de todas las actividades comerciales
- Trabajar de manera eficaz y cumplir las políticas y procedimientos vigentes de la empresa
- Mantener un rendimiento constante y alcanzar los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) y los objetivos comerciales establecidos
- Impulsar el propio desarrollo profesional
- Gestionar el tiempo de manera eficaz y eficiente
- Comprender la estrategia y la propuesta de valor de la compañía
- Prestar apoyo a otros departamentos en función de las necesidades del negocio

Formación, experiencia y/o cualificaciones
Requisitos imprescindibles
- Experiencia previa trabajando en un entorno comercial o de atención al cliente
- Capacidad de comunicación eficaz, tanto verbal como escrita, y facilidad para establecer rápidamente una buena relación con clientes y compañeros
- Capacidad para resolver problemas de forma creativa
- Alta motivación y autonomía
- Actitud entusiasta, profesionalidad y capacidad de aprendizaje rápido
- Excelente atención al detalle
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y priorizar las tareas
- Capacidad para cumplir los compromisos y objetivos acordados
- Persona altamente organizada y orientada al cumplimiento de objetivos
- Buenas habilidades interpersonales
- Sólida ética y actitud profesional en el trabajo
- Adaptabilidad y apertura al cambio
- Manejo de herramientas de Microsoft, especialmente Excel, PowerPoint y Outlook
- Conocimientos de inglés
Se valorará
- Experiencia con sistemas CRM, especialmente D365
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo
- Se valorará especialmente la experiencia en entornos de fabricación/industriales, así como la experiencia en el sector de la automoción
- Experiencia comercial y/o en generación de oportunidades de negocio ( lead generation )
