About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of providing a safe haven and comprehensive services to individuals and families affected by domestic violence. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the organization's growth, with a focus on unifying shelter and administrative operations, driving innovative fundraising strategies, and diversifying funding sources. Key responsibilities for the CEO include leading the transition to a new consolidated facility, streamlining processes, and expanding the organization's reach. The role demands a strategic thinker, data-driven decision-maker, and a leader who is willing to take calculated risks to ensure the continued success and sustainability of the organization. The ideal CEO for the company will be a flexible and adaptable leader, comfortable with managing through change. Experience in trauma-informed care, clinical settings, or domestic violence is highly desirable, as is an understanding of programmatic excellence. Operational enterprise experience is a plus. The candidate should be tech-savvy, organized, and possess a 'get it done' mentality, balanced with empathy and a willingness to challenge norms when necessary. The role also involves forging new relationships with financial professionals to unlock additional revenue streams and focusing on professionalizing staff, improving retention, and offering training programs that benefit both internal teams and other domestic violence organizations.
