Staff Product Manager - Travel & Spend

About the role At TravelPerk, we are looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Travel & Spend product team and redefine how modern businesses manage their money on the move. The role focuses on merging travel and expenses into a single, seamless flow, building an end‑to‑end experience that removes friction and complexity. What You’ll Do Use data and user feedback to uncover opportunities for impact and turn them into actionable strategies. Communicate the vision of your product area to inspire your team and align stakeholders. Lay out clear plans for tackling problems, explaining why they matter, how they will be solved, and how success will be measured. Collaborate with developers, designers, partners, and other functions such as Implementation, Sales Engineering, and Account Managers to bring strategy to life and deliver value incrementally. Serve as the subject matter expert, providing answers, creating training materials, and keeping product documentation up‑to‑date. Lead with a servant‑leadership approach, helping the team stay focused, remove distractions, and foster creativity and collaboration. Continuously learn and share insights with colleagues to build a world‑class product team. What You’ll Need At least 7 years at fast‑growing tech companies, with at least 5 years as a Product Manager, preferably in customer‑facing B2B fintech products. Strong understanding of UX, with experience creating intuitive, impactful customer‑facing products. Comfortable working on B2B SaaS platforms and collaborating with finance stakeholders such as finance, tax, and compliance. Proactive, high‑agency mindset, breaking down complex projects into smaller steps that deliver value quickly. Experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, design, finance, and data teams. Strong problem‑solving skills, balancing risks and creating thoughtful, data‑backed plans.
