Equipment Operator

We are looking for a dependable Equipment Operator to help with outdoor work and property operations at our store. This position requires experience operating machinery such as a Bobcat, front-end loader, tractor, or similar equipment.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating equipment safely and efficiently
• Moving materials, mulch, soil, plants, pallets, and other items as needed
• Assisting with landscaping, yard maintenance, and outdoor projects
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Helping with general labor tasks when needed

Requirements:

• Experience operating machinery such as a Bobcat, front-end loader, or similar equipment
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong work ethic
• Able to work outdoors in Florida weather
• Able to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
• Safety-minded and willing to follow instructions

Pay: Commensurate with experience, reliability, and performance.
