Engineering Controls and Documentation Manager This role oversees Integra’s engineering project and capital execution controls, policies, procedures, and documentation for equipment and facility life cycle. Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership ensuring coordination of multi‑discipline engineering and construction processes. Implement and oversee project execution controls (specifications, design, cost, schedule, change management). Act as primary interface between business units and outsourced engineering resources. Lead documentation efforts for facility engineering, construction, and validation across global operations. Manage electronic engineering lifecycle documentation systems and improve data integrity. Oversee the use of CAD systems, perform minor drawing edits, and evaluate technology solutions. Coordinate contractors/consultants and supervise project execution. Maintain compliance with engineering methodologies, ISO, QSR, and design control procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) or equivalent. 10+ years’ experience in engineering, preferably in medical device or regulated environments. 3–5 years of project management experience in engineering/manufacturing, with knowledge of Engineering Change Controls, ISO, QSR, and design control procedures. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross‑functional teams. Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, and statistical analysis software. Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations related to construction. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Seated work with occasional lifting of items up to 25 lbs. Travel domestically and internationally as required. Exposure to construction environments, including flammable liquids, gases, high temperatures, and PPE must be used. Salary Range $109,250.00 – $149,500.00 USD.
