Verde Clean
Verde Clean está buscando Personal de Limpieza (Custodians) confiables y motivados para apoyar nuestras operaciones en TSMC, Phoenix, Arizona . En este puesto, ayudará a mantener un entorno limpio, seguro y acogedor mientras contribuye a nuestro compromiso con la sostenibilidad, la seguridad y un servicio excepcional.

- Lunes a Viernes: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Áreas de Trabajo
Los conserjes pueden ser asignados a uno de los siguientes equipos:
Equipo de Limpieza de Construcción (Construction Cleanup)
- Limpiar áreas de construcción y espacios comunes.
- Retirar polvo, escombros y residuos relacionados con la construcción.
- Preparar áreas recién terminadas para su ocupación.
- Seguir todos los requisitos de seguridad del sitio y los protocolos de equipo de protección personal (PPE).
Equipo de Limpieza de Oficinas (Office Cleaning)
- Limpiar oficinas, salas de conferencias, áreas de descanso y baños.
- Aspirar, trapear, quitar el polvo y desinfectar superficies.
- Reabastecer suministros y vaciar botes de basura.
- Mantener un ambiente profesional y acogedor para empleados y visitantes.
Responsabilidades Esenciales
- Barrer, trapear, aspirar y mantener los pisos.
- Limpiar y desinfectar baños y áreas comunes.
- Limpiar y desinfectar escritorios, mostradores y superficies de alto contacto.
- Retirar basura y escombros.
- Reabastecer suministros de las instalaciones.
- Reportar riesgos de seguridad y necesidades de mantenimiento.
- Brindar un servicio al cliente amable y profesional.
Calificaciones
- Se prefiere experiencia en limpieza, conserjería o servicios de mantenimiento.
- Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente, preferido.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
- Conocimiento de equipos de limpieza y procedimientos de seguridad.
Requisitos Físicos
- Capacidad para permanecer de pie y caminar durante períodos prolongados a lo largo del turno.
- Levantar, cargar, empujar y jalar frecuentemente hasta 25 libras y ocasionalmente hasta 35 libras.
- Capacidad para agacharse, arrodillarse, estirarse y realizar tareas repetitivas de limpieza.
- Comodidad para trabajar en diferentes entornos, incluidas áreas activas de construcción y oficinas.
