Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide compassionate and efficient patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Perform essential nursing duties to support patient well-being under the supervision of nursing staff.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations accurately
• Support wound care, mobility, and positioning to prevent complications
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols
• Document patient care activities clearly and promptly in patient records
• Follow facility policies and procedures to ensure compliance and patient safety

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTC/SNF preferred
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate reliability and a compassionate bedside manner
• Must bring valid state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
